Service and support concept

As our equipment is running in production throughout the world, it is essential for both our customers and for us that our products are very reliable, robust, and easy to service.

Therefore extensive self monitoring, service tools and logging facilities are always built into our equipment, as an important part of our design.

Based on these facilities most problems can be solved through the maintenance documentation, or telephone support through contact to qualified InnoScan service engineer on call.

InnoScan offers a service and support concept with possibility for the customer to select between wanted level of service and support:
