| A CVT machine is designed with the aim of providing the customer a high-productivity production machine with all the inspections required, while at the same time offering an exceptional degree of ease of operation and maintenance. The design philosophy was to design a machine where the maximum number of inspections is performed with the lowest number of cameras, in this way effectively reducing complexity and raising reliability. This is realized by using high resolution cameras in conjunction with specially designed optics and lighting. The sustained maximum capacity of 36.000/h is achieved in a single-in-line machine without doubling or quadrupling sets of cameras or carousels!. Machine Types
