Inspection Features

Our patented particle inspection method is able to suppress the influence of micro air bobbles and still detecting any kind of particles in both suspensions and solutions with an unsurpassed detection rate (DR) while at the same time retaining a very low False Rejection Rate (FRR).

The option of integrated HVLD (High Voltage Leak Detection) directly on the inspection machine in combination with inspection for chips & cracks allows to detect leakage of products achieving highest detection rates.

In addition, a full range of cosmetic inspections is available and if not as standard, we will be happy to develop specific methods for your individual product.

High Voltage Leak Detection (cartridges/syringes):

Unique to InnoScan´s CVT machines
is the possibility to integrate High Voltage Leak Detection modules to supplement the optical inspections as opposed to having a additional machine to do this inspection.
